DESCRIPTION:Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville has a new member-based education series that will feature 3-person expert panels comprised of HBAGK members. The last workshop is scheduled for 11:30 AM on October 3 and the topic is Insurance: General Liability\, Builders Risk & Workers Compensation. There is no fee to attend and lunch will be provided thanks to our series sponsors\, Noble Knights Construction Services\, Inc.!\n\n \n\n \n\nChris Knight \n\n\n\nChris joined his father\, William\, in 2001 after building one of Knoxville's largest irrigation construction companies. For 41 years William Knight Insurance Agency\, Inc.\, has had a strong focus on insuring residential contractors\, Builders and Trade Contractors\, with the goal of provided outstanding service for both large and small contractors. When not working\, Chris enjoys backpacking on the Appalachian Trial and in the Smoky Mountain National Park\, Beekeeping and Waterfowl Hunting.\n\n \n\nKendall Bradley \n\n\n\nKendall grew up in Knoxville and attended Cumberland College on a baseball scholarship. After graduating from Cumberland with a degree in Business Administration\, he started working for his father at Bradley Insurance Agency. During his career\, Kendall has served on Agency Advisory Boards with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company\, Berkshire Hathaway Insurance Company and Southern Trust Insurance Company. He is active in his church. Hobbies include golf and in the past coaching youth baseball. He has coached two World Series Champions in 2000 and 2001.\n\n \n\nJan Treadway \n\n \n\nJan Treadway is Kingston's leading commercial insurance agent with over 30 years of heart-centered experience with helping clients develop the best program to fit their business needs. Over her years of working in commercial sales\, she has consistently put the focus of her business relationships on creating trust & confidence rather than solely on making sales and this method of placing priority on service and consulting has proven to be successful time and time again. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Designation- the industry's top continuing education program for insurance professionals. Throughout her career\, one of her core personal missions has been to help the construction industry understand the complexities of workers compensation coverage to take the stress and guesswork out of their coverage plans.\n\n \n\nJan has worked with Kingston's local\, Trusted Choice agency\, Griffin Insurance\, for 20 years and has developed long-lasting working relationships with trusted clients throughout East Tennessee. In her time outside the office\, Jan enjoys being active in her community\, hiking\, kayaking\, reading\, and spending time with her grown children and granddaughter.
