Welcome to ninth year of our Multiple Site Parade of Homes™. This year's Parade of Homes will offer you the opportunity to visit many new homes located in the Greater Knoxville area. The builders or their representatives will be on hand to answer your questions while visiting their homes.
What is the Parade of Homes™?
The 2010 Multiple Site Parade of Homes™ is a tour of new homes in the Greater Knoxville area. With homes in a variety of locations and price ranges, the Parade is the perfect source for anyone planning to buy a new home now or in the future, or for seeing the newest trends in the homebuilding industry.
When is the Parade of Homes™?
The Parade of Homes™ will be held on three weekends beginning October 1-3, 8-10, 15-17, 2010. The homes will be open for viewing from noon to 5:00 p.m.
What is the cost?
The event is FREE to the public.
Where is the Parade of Homes™?
Locations of the 2010 Parade homes will be announced just a few weeks before the event. Information on the 2009 homes can be found by clicking on the "VIEW THE PARADE HOUSES" link above. Click view map and a .pdf version can be opened with home locations.
