Welcome to tenth year of our Multiple Site Parade of Homes™. This year's Parade of Homes will offer you the opportunity to visit many new homes located in the Greater Knoxville area. The builders or their representatives will be on hand to answer your questions while visiting their homes.
What is the Parade of Homes™?
The 2011 Multiple Site Parade of Homes™ is a tour of new homes in the Greater Knoxville area. With homes in a variety of locations and price ranges, the Parade is the perfect source for anyone planning to buy a new home now or in the future, or for seeing the newest trends in the homebuilding industry. Plus there is an added Remodelers Bonus home this year!
When is the Parade of Homes™?
The Parade of Homes™ will be held on three weekends beginning September 30, October 1-2; 7-9; 14-16, 2011. The homes will be open for viewing from noon to 5:00 p.m.
What is the cost?
The event is FREE to the public.
Where is the Parade of Homes™?
The Parade of Homes™ are located in Knox, Loudon, Blount, and Anderson Counties. The official Parade of Homes website will be available the opening week of the event.
