Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville resumes our member-based education series that will feature 3-person expert panels comprised of HBAGK members. The first workshop of 2019 is scheduled for 11:30 AM on February 6 at the HBAGK office and the topic is: How Realtors Can Help: Before, During & After the Sale.
The series will continue on the first Wednesday of each month during lunchtime to accommodate most members’ schedules. Future topics will cover Marketing, Advocacy, Business Law, Aging in Place, Energy Efficiency, Clients from Hell, Sustainability and Green Building, and Appraisals.
Holli McCray
Holli McCray is a wife and mom, the founder and CEO of the Holli McCray Home Marketing Group Keller Williams, the Vice President of Renovate Knoxville, the Vice President of Verdeaux Investments, Owner of Verdeaux Consulting and one of the original investors of Keller Williams in Knoxville. She holds a degree in Aerospace and Business, is a member of Gary Keller’s Personal Top 100 Agents Group, and holds the honor of The Wall Street Journal’s Top Teams across America. In her “spare" time, you’ll find Holli working on her favorite labor of love, The Manor, an extraordinary historic Barber McMurray home in South Knoxville. Holli is a member of First Baptist Concord and her favorite charities include Knoxville’s own Wesley House as well as St Jude Children’s Hospital.
Claudia Stallings
In 2004, Stallings became interested in real estate, got her license, and placed it with Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace, Realtors. In 2010, she became principal broker of the office in Farragut, and has been the Vice President of Residential Sales since 2016.
With a passion for assisting consumers and agents navigate the world of real estate, Stallings uses her years of experience to help agents grow their careers. She is a columnist for the Knoxville News-Sentinel Sunday real estate section and has served in various roles on committees for the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS’ MLS.
Stallings is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, College of Communications. Beginning in 1991, Stallings worked in various advertising and marketing roles at the Nashville Business Journal. In 1995, she began working at WDCN (now NPT), the public television station in Nashville, and was responsible for the station promotion, advertising and public relations. While in Nashville, she served as President of the Middle Tennessee Marketing Association. She and her husband, Mike, moved to Knoxville in 2000 for his job as a music composer for HGTV and Fine Living Network.
