HBAGK wraps up our 2019 member-based education series that features 3-person expert panels comprised of HBAGK members. The final workshop of 2019 is scheduled for 11:30 AM on November 6 at the HBAGK office and the topic is: Appraisals.
This session will be a little different since we do not have members who conduct Appraisals, therefore we solicited the help of TN Appraisal Institute and they were very helpful in providing speakers for us. Speakers: Sandy Tuck, SRA
John Hicks, CR Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser
John has lived in the Knoxville area all his life and joined Dunn & Metz in 2015. He began appraising in 2002 and earned his designation as Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. He is a graduate of King University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He has obtained approval by the State of Tennessee Appraisal Commission to be a Continuing Education Instructor.
John’s appraisal practice deals with residential and commercial properties as well as legal purpose work such as estate planning/settlement and expert witness testimony.
When not appraising, John can be found at one of the many Knoxville coffee shops or exploring Knoxville’s culinary scene.
RSVP with names of ALL guests to help us plan, thanks!
