After completing this course, participants will be able to:

- Create and use pro forma budgets to forecast revenue, plan for growth, and test the financial impact of business changes.
- Calculate and manage labor burden to ensure accurate job costing and improve gross profit margins.
- Use variance analysis and job costing tools to identify slippage, improve estimating accuracy, and maintain profitability.
