Responsibilities: DAILY - Manage 5 person Accounting staff -Interface with Managers on as need basis - Make necessary Corrections to GL due to store errors -Approve new credit account applications BI-WEEKLY -Approve Payroll -Post Bi-weekly Payroll to GL MONTHLY - Review A/R aging reposts & contact accounts over 60 days late -Reconcile all bank accounts -Monitor COMMERCIAL accounts and send out notices as
