Project Management Education Series

The Project Management Education Series provides a strong foundation in the essential skills needed to effectively manage construction projects. Through a combination of classroom instruction and practical exercises, participants will gain valuable knowledge in Plan Reading, Estimating, and Budget Management. This series is ideal for individuals who are new to project management, as well as those looking to strengthen or refresh their existing skills.

Budget Management
 
This course introduces participants to the principles of Cost-to-Completion budgeting and the importance of proactive financial management throughout the life of a project. Topics include budget development, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting. Attendees will learn how to analyze project performance, manage change effectively, and ensure accountability through consistent cost control practices.
