Patrick is the principal broker and owner of Heritage Realty, a local firm focused on brokerage and property management in the Greater Knoxville Area. A graduate of The University of Tennessee at Knoxville, Patrick started in real estate in 2000 acquiring sites for cell tower companies throughout Tennessee. In 2002, he moved over to real estate sales where he worked for several local franchises before founding Heritage Realty in 2015. Patrick also serves on the Parade of Homes Committee (2022-2023), HBAGK Board of Directors (2022-2023) and HBAT Associate Director (2023).

Alan is a State of Tennessee Licensed General Contractor since 2004. NKCS Inc. was formed in 2004 to provide clients with a stress free design and construction experience they will not find with other contractors.
