Founded in 2011 by Atlanta native & entrepreneur, Jeffrey King, Falcon Development is among Tennessee's most respected residential, new home builders in Knoxville, TN. In 2009, after moving to Knoxville, TN, Jeffrey King began completed a renovation of a old home in the Kingston Woods area.This project required the repair of the foundation, wall removal, complete kithcen and bath remodel, and extensive structural changes. Jeffrey went on to live in this home for many years. After rejecting many offers to buy this home, Jeffrey could not turn down the final offer. To this day, people still comment on this home and it's design. Jeffrey continued this passion as a real estate agent in Knoxville and shortly there after, became a Licensed General contractor. Through the mentorship of a fellow builder, Jeffrey began building SPEC homes in the greater Knoxville area. These SPEC homes attracted so much attention, that custom homes became the primary focus. Project have taken Falcon Development to the smoky mountains, Tellico Village, and Roane county. Jeffrey builds this company on honest, integrity, and the belief that doing the right thing the first time is the most important quality of a company.

Jeffrey brings his skills as an entrepreneur and developer to the boutique home building business. He doubles as a commercial pilot and dad to his son and daughter. Jeffrey is an Eagle Scout and has served in Law Enforecment for almost 20 years.
